For custom and bespoke orders, processing and shipping times vary and may take approximately 3-4 weeks from order confirmation. However, these timelines are estimates, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, including supplier delays, carrier disruptions,governmental interventions and unforeseen circumstances. Gent Row shall not be held liable for any delays in order fulfillment or shipping.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. We currently use UPS, FedEx & DHL for shipping, and standard transit times range from 1-5 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with costs based on the service selected and package size. All shipping charges are final at checkout and non-refundable.
For overnight shipping on in-stock items, orders placed before 2 PM EST will be shipped the same day, provided the payment process is completed. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

RETURN POLICY (FOR ACCESSORIES & CUSTOM ORDERS)Gent Row is committed to delivering high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our custom, made-to-measure, and altered garments, all sales for these items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any custom, made-to-measure, or altered items under any circumstances unless granted by Gent Row Corporate.
For ready-to-wear (non-customized) accessories and clothing, returns for a full refund are accepted within 3 days of receipt, and exchanges are permitted within 10 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or are missing any packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved by Gent Row Corporate.
Additionally, Gent Row is not responsible for items left unclaimed or stored for more than 30 days after production or order completion.
